This Privacy Policy describes how Mustafa Akyol ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile game, Iron Jack (the "Game").

1. Information We Collect & Why

1.1 Leaderboard Information (User-Provided & Device-Generated)

  • Nickname (Takma Ad): The custom username you choose to display on the public ranking table.
  • Device ID (Cihaz Kimliği): A unique, anonymous hardware identifier collected to prevent leaderboard exploits and cheating (ensuring only one active ranking entry per device).

This data is securely transmitted and stored on our remote cloud database (Supabase).

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our Game, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

  • Device information (device model, operating system version, screen resolution)
  • Game performance metrics, crash logs, and session statistics
  • Advertising identifiers (for Google AdMob)

1.3 Third-Party Services

Our Game utilizes third-party services which may collect data according to their own privacy policies:

  • Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements
  • Google Play Services — for game distribution and licensing
  • Supabase — secure backend storage for leaderboards and deletion requests

2. Data Retention & Deletion Rights (GDPR / KVKK Compliance)

We respect your privacy rights and fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

  • Retention Period: Your Device ID and Nickname are stored on our servers until you choose to request their deletion.
  • Right to Deletion: You can request the permanent removal of your leaderboard records, Device ID, and Nickname at any time. To do this, simply visit the Data Deletion Request form at the bottom of the Iron Jack Game Page, enter the Nickname you used in the game, and submit the request. Your record will be permanently deleted from our servers.

3. Advertising

Our Game displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising IDs to serve personalized ads. You can manage personalization via your device settings:

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

4. Children's Privacy & Age Verification

This Game is rated for adult users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We comply with regional child safety and age verification regulations, including the Texas App Store Accountability Act (Texas SB 2420). To verify that you meet the age requirements for our Game in applicable regions, we may receive anonymous age signals or verification status from the platform (Google Play Services) via the Play Age Signals API. We do not directly request, collect, or store your government ID, birth date, or identity documents.
