Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mobile games developed by Mustafa Akyol ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to Bloddrasil: Tale of the Godslayer, Crimshadovia: Deep Bar Tales, Iron Jack, and any future titles (collectively, the "Games").

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.

1. Age Restrictions

Each of our Games has specific age requirements based on its theme and content. By downloading or playing the respective Game, you represent and warrant that you meet the specified age limit:

  • Bloddrasil: Tale of the Godslayer: You must be at least 7 years of age.
  • Crimshadovia: Deep Bar Tales: You must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Iron Jack: You must be at least 18 years of age.

If you are under the required age or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to play our Games.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Games
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Games
  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
  • Manipulate, modify, or attack our database (including leaderboard servers)
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the Games
  • Use the Games for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the Games — including but not limited to graphics, gameplay, music, sound effects, text, characters, storylines, and code — is the intellectual property of Mustafa Akyol and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. In-App Advertisements

Our Games display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. Your interaction with any advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Games are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mustafa Akyol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Games, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Games at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Games after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
